Another May social over! A relaxing evening watching a movie about part of Moses' life and the incredible power of God.

Next week is leavers night, with games, karaoke, and time together before the end of the year. The dress code is smart casual to black tie. Come as dressed up or down as you like! We would love to see you there.

Jesus feeding the 5000 is maybe one of the most well known Bible stories, even for those who haven’t grown up around church. Yet far more than a cool miracle, this sign points to Jesus’ provision, his divinity as he provides bread in the wilderness, and greater still that he himself is the bread of life. On Tuesday we’ll be diving into this story and sharing in fellowship together. Really looking forward to exploring whereabouts we are looking to find life and satisfaction, wherever we are at with faith in Jesus. Invite your friends me see you at 7pm on Tuesday in the big upstairs room in Jo Cox!

Events week round up! Thanks so much to everyone who came along (and those who helped) at this years CU Events Week on the theme ‘The Storms of Life’. Over the course of the week there was crafts, bingo and lots of food to accompany Sandeep talking about where to find God in the storms of unworthiness, loneliness and anxiety. We also had a Q&A where people could ask a panel of Christians any questions they had. God has been working and answering so many prayers this week - there has been some amazing conversations and fellowship which have helped share the Good News of Jesus throughout campus! Continuing our theme of ‘The Storms of Life’, the event next Thursday is about Anxiety. There will once again be a talk about finding peace amongst the pressures of life and our studies. This talk will be accompanied by a home cooked meal, board games, and a short time of testimonies! This is such a relevant topic especially at this busy time of year so we would love to reach as many people as possible with the peace of God’s love.
