Sometimes the greatest teachers are our young people. Kade gave me this after last Sunday's service, I have it on the wall. Today, after a busy week, I really needed to be reminded of who God was, of his constant presence, care and of his never ending love for each and everyone of us.

Thusrday morning we start our daytime 'The Chosen' group, where we will explore the life of Jesus through the TV series 'The Chosen'.

If you have ever wondered what the big fuss is about Jesus - come and see.

If you want to deepen your understanding and draw closer to Jesus - come and see.

If you think you know everything there is to know about Jesus - come and see.

There will be refreshments and there is no need to book. Everyone is welcome.

In our service today we celebrated the gift of the Holy Spirit and reflected on the gifts the Holy Spirit gives to us. Each gift given for us to share and spread God's love to everyone we meet. We wrote prayer tags, thanking God for our gifts and pledging how we would share them with others this week. A hug, a kind word, being helpful, companionship...so many gifts. I wonder what your gift is? I wonder who you might share your gift with today?

Thy Kingdom Come.
Today we celebrate the Feast of Pentecost, the giving of the Holy Spirit and the birth of the church. Church is not about buildings or bells it is about people, God's people coming together in worship, fellowship and love and then carrying those wonderful gifts into our communities and sharing them with whoever they meet.
Our final reflection is by Phil our prayer as a church is that you would meet someone today and through their kindness experience the light of God's love for you.
