Despite wind and rain there is still lots to be thankful for in this autumn season. Celebrate harvest with us on October 20th 2024. Gloucester Foodbank has designated us as 'the Custard Church!' and ready made custard donations are particularly welcome on the day as well as other dried food gifts too.

Below is the invitation to my licensing on 5th September as Priest-in-Charge of St Philip and St James Church, Hucclecote. If you're able to make it, it would be wonderful to see you there. If you RSVP then we can make sure there's enough seating and food.

Thank you to everyone who has shared part of the journey so far, and to all the church families I've been part of through the years. Special mentions go to Church of St. John & St. Philip where I started my discernment journey, The English Church, Heidelberg who sponsored me for ordination training, Cranmer Hall where I trained, St Paul's Church Spennymoor where I did my first placement as an ordinand, everyone in Cirencester who helped and supported me, and Thameshead Benefice where I completed my curacy.

If you're a person who prays, prayers for myself and the church as we prepare for and start this new season would be very much appreciated.
