SUMMER FAYRE in the Garden in aid of our St Fillan’s Primary School, organised by the Parent- Council, this Friday, 5th June, beginning at 6.30pm until 8.00pm. Entry £2. Family Ticket £5. All welcome. Pray for good weather!
HOMEBAKING DONATIONS for the above Summer Fayre would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to bake, perhaps you could donate some locally purchased cakes for the Tea Ladies’ Stall - a Restoration Fund initiative. These can be left in church on Friday from 8.00am in plastic box by the side door.
MALAWI: St Benedict’s High School Partnership Visit to Malawi (June 8th – 18th) is in support of St Patrick’s High School, St Mary’s Special Needs School and local villages, nearby. Thanks, indeed, for the many donations this week. I shall not be travelling light!
GIFT AID & STANDING ORDER FORMS: important information in this regard at entrance of church including the necessary Standing Order and Gift Aid forms. If you have mislaid your original form, from few weeks ago – please take a second one home today and remember to return the form(s) through letterbox at house “Abbotsfield” front door or in collection basket. Thank you to those you have responded to the recent Parish Finance Appeal and for your continued generosity.
LADIES LUNCH will take place on the afternoon of Sunday 28th June in the River Inn. Tickets, which include Fizz and Canapes on arrival, two course carvery and entertainment are now on sale.
