Foodbank – URGENT REQUEST FOR FOOD

Over the past year donations to Foodbank have dropped considerably and we are now at the point where we are buying in huge quantities of food each week to keep up with the high demand. Our food stocks are currently extremely low.

We would really welcome any donations of dried or tinned food but especially tinned meals, tinned fruit, tinned vegetables, tuna, custard, tea, coffee, squash, cereal, biscuits and pasta. These can be left at the collection point in your church.

St Barts Church Horley are hosting this evenings concert to end the Horley Arts Festival. There have been many wonderful events showcasing many peoples talents and gifts, art, music voice. So many talents have been on display.
Thank you to the Town Mayor Lynnette Easterbrook for pulling everything together and to everyone who supported the festival.why not pop along for 7pm. Car Parking at the back of the 6 bells car park not the first carpark or you can park in the new churchyard, you might want to walk. Come along and enjoy the evening. The bells will be pealed from 6.30pm

We love welcoming Horley Community Choir each week who enjoy fresh cake and coffee - and a chat!

At the tea break is an important part of our sessions. And yesterday it was great to welcome some visitors at our taster/open rehearsal as part of Horley Town Council's . With thanks, as ever, to the St Wilfrid's Church team for their hospitality and to Peter for the cake.
