We meet the 1st & 3rd Friday of the month at Downley Community Centre, School Close, Downley, High Wycombe, HP13 5TR. Service runs from 7:30pm - 9pm. All are warmly invited to attend. Energy Healing from Reiki and spiritual workers is available on request. The centre has good access for those with mobility impairment.

Join us this Friday when the lovely Debbie Reeves returns as our medium.
I would like to thank the equally lovely Sarah for being the chairperson again while I look after my Dad following his chemotherapy session. Sarah is Wycombe original when it comes to Spiritualism.
Service starts 7:30pm, I look forward to hearing all about it :)

An article from February 1926. I have found older articles in local newspapers relating to Spiritualism, but this is the first I've found specifically mentioning meetings and the people involved. Interestingly, the older articles dating from 1920 appear to revolve around a local Church of England Vicar endorsing Spiritualism. In the following weeks the newspaper received letters from readers stating that Spiritualism is in fact, Demonism.

Not the most flattering advert underneath the article either.
