uilding bridges with the wider community, promoting and strengthening community cohesion. WISE, is a registered charity which was established in 1991 to provide beneficial Islamic knowledge and services to the local community. It is based in High Wycombe, a small town centrally located between two major cities, London and Oxford. High Wycombe itself has a population of around 92,000 of which Muslims constitute approximately 11,000.
