Consciousness is a pathway that we internally explore to 'w**d out' the old beliefs, behaviours, expectations we have.

Through releasing these layers, we embark on a deeper healing, that when navigated intentionally in this way, leads us directly into our true selves. Our soul speaks, more importantly we can hear ourselves at soul level, able to gain clarity and insight into the next steps.

This is about taking responsibility for our own healing, energy and BEing.

To do this we have to surrender, go beyond what we know or would normally do, ending the spiralling cycles of repeated patterns. Not the obvious, or what our mind knows, but the dna, the soul voice within us.
To do this we must take steps within and stay there to feel the shift and learn.

"We are in constant evolve mode..

It's different though in every moment and also for each stage of our life depending on our life experiences and what we are living through in any moment.

Sometimes it looks like..

👉 Changing your mind many times, trying to find where to 'land', your place in the world.

👉 Feeling like a lot of effort, for not much or unable to see tangible results.

Other times it looks like..

👋 BEing in total flow with life, constant knowing of your next move, goal or option even, and reaching it all, achieving results that keep you inspired.

👋 Feeling that you know your path, your firmly on it and each moment is another stepping stone that raises your energy, keeping you present and moving forward, excited and living life!

Each season of our life also adds to what we want, to know and feel what we want to put our energy to.

💡Just because you may be going through a hard time, it doesn't mean that you don't 'know yourself' or 'what you want' because it can be these very challenging times that bring you, infact the most clarity.

💡Likewise just because you maybe going through some of your most happy, aligned and positive times, doesn't mean that you 'have it all together' because sometimes we are then yes, so 'in the moment' but not actually remembering to support ourselves fully.

🤜 We are most likely to 'abandon ourselves' in our happier times, because, ALL IS WELL and we don't feel that we have to give input to ourselves. We can forget self care and listening to our internal calling, guidance and instincts, because we are 'on a roll' and so yes, this is when we can lose oursleves.
Weirdly we do.

👏 When we are finding life difficult and hopeless, we are already 'lost' and have already most likely 'abandoned ourselves'. We are simply already at this stage wading through the results of that, and without realising we are then on our way to growth, healing and evolving, but it will be to a degree that we will 'level up'.. BECAUSE of that very experience.

💡So the wisdom is to be a LOT less judgemental to yourself, and to be more relaxed about the 'good' and 'bad' times in life, which are only our perception anyway and knowing the difference of what that actually means.

🧘‍♀️ To grow, evolve and raise your energy vibration is to actively participate in your own healing, to learn how to look inwards on a deeper level and rise despite it all.

🧘‍♀️ Some of our most profound achievements are achieved after coming out of challenging times, we are able to use that to fuel positively, to create and initiate good change in our lives, but it is ALAWYS a soul choice, because we can also do nothing at all with the opportunity, and remain stuck in the old cycle, keep looping!

✍️ To create significant change, to process and invite healing at a deeper level is really a CONSCIOUS effort that requires direction, clarity and knowledge for the soul to use internally and profoundly.

"There is a 'lull' in the collective energy right now, you will FEEL this as you're HOLDING SPACE energetically, both consciously and unconsciously.

So nurture yourself at soul level, to keep balance and harmony. Restore your emotions for responses to those that maybe discovering the illusions for the first time, or now having acceptance, of BEing in denial.

As the findings of the world emerge now in a different way than what many of us have known for sometime, let's honour the steps of ascension and awakening that is taking place globally. Knowing that the reality goes way deeper and beyond what is currenlty being shared, voiced or illuminated.
It is a start though!

Let's recognise the real SHIFT of ego.

The pedalstal has tipped, the illusions are many. All part of the old paradigm falling.

This is positive, even though it can be hard to recognise. We are ALIGNING so that the new energy and world can (and needs) to be built with a compassionate foundation.

The roots and core of society must be dismantled and then reassembled.

What has been 'hidden in plain sight' though, MUST NOT BE NORMALISED, this is part of what is currently taking place.
(Don't underestimate the cycle).

So, we pause for a 'moment in linear time' where a mass conscious awareness takes place. It takes layers of processing. But it is ALL part of the collective ability to delve within.

It brings detachment and also healing.

Make no mistake, this is SPIRITUAL at SOURCE, all that is taking place.
It is intention & energy. BE the Light.🙏🏻

This current narrative that is unfolding is happening within the energy of AIR, mental energy, thought. It is for those that needed to see the factual evidence, the written word.. and yet it is the 'tip of the iceberg' (great metaphor when actually realising how significant that is!)

The more we can support each other and resist the 'told you so' attitude, the more we can open up the vocal pathways, that are so needed now.

We are all evolving, learning, healing.

We are also all part of the same consciousness and so we can at least now learn to practice compassion, and importantly discernment with each other.

If we don't learn now that the primary cause of disproportionate power is SEGREGATION, then we have to keep 'in the cycle' until we do!

It is more than linear time, to not only know this, but practice action, in the right way.

Conscious living takes CONSCIOUS EFFORT, to Re Programme your sub conscious from old cycles and patterns that you keep repeating.

It also takes surrender to go beyond the mind, to know how to so that you can stop trying to control 'what you think know' as it blocks the real deep healing, because the SOUL really does know exactly what we need and what also needs to be consciously worked on, which I call AWAKENED HEALING.

Your SOUL knows the reasons for your resistance, lack of self confidence and at times self abandonment or literally sabotage, to 'not receive' what is awaiting you now.
Current energy. BEing YOU.

ENERGETICALLY there is an opportunity here for you that is a SPACE I offer with dedicated support, that you must BE willing to step into, to accept, to choose to BE HELD and SUPPORTED whilst being given / shown, professional, ethical, experienced channelled guidance, teachings, mentoring and insight into your onward journey.

The hardest thing we ever do is to truly know ourselves, to do the 'innerwork' many layers and there are several moments and linear times in life that call us to the 'NEXT VERSION of ourselves, thos is one of those times, now, beyond the mind, social conditioning, and your personal 'story', beyond the life experiences that still triggers you (it's the unconscious that you need to heal not what you consciously know!), as it keeps you held captive of the old paradigm.

The hardest thing we ever do is to couragously, truly, know ourselves.

We do this through an INTERNAL process, called 'innerwork'. However there are many LABELS nowadays that mean many things and promise many amazing things, to be conscious of this, is good spiritual practice, yet also being open to change enough, so that we are not refusing to be teachable or not willing to look within because of it, requires balance and to TRUST your gut instinct.

Normally if you are offered some kind of 'exclusive offering' or initiation, only through a certain path or system, then this will be of (old vibration), this cannot be what brings pure freedom or what we are seeking. Whilst each offering has to be unique in its detail, delivery and energetic resonnace, it should not be 'exclusive, hierarchy or better than'.. we are all oneness and collectively trying to bring us together, 'home' energetically, in terms of consciousness.

Which is safe, open hearted, unjudgemental and 'not one size fits all teachings'..
.in other words it really is all about having space held of the highest possible energetic resonnance that YOU need, not the equivalent of who you are now, nor that which supports or wants to 'relive' everything for the version of who you were, or long for, that is past.
It is YOUR internal soul journey, that will through experienced space held, find what you need WITHIN yourself.🙏🏻

To step into YOU, who you are NOW, after all of these experiences, awakened detachment, exploration of the harsh world, yet still want to BE the change and create the new world through BEing authentic and sharing what you know, requires none of this 'hype', only that you show up for yourself and experience BEing.
