π Jesus Touch Ministries Heywood β Early Morning Prayer Summary
Date: Monday, 8 December 2025
Theme: Binding the Spirit of Jealousy, Hatred & Strife
Key Scripture: Romans 12:17β19
1. Worship & Thanksgiving
The meeting opened with heartfelt worship, led by Diana, Angela, Bella, and others β voices lifted in songs of βhallelujah,β gratitude and adoration.
Participants thanked God for:
Life, grace, protection, and blessings throughout the year (from January to December).
Safety and provision for families, for Pastor and church leadership, and for everyone on the platform.
The privilege to wake each morning and continue in Godβs grace rather than taking life for granted.
2. Intercession for Families, Children & Daily Life
Prayers were offered for:
Children β that they be protected wherever they are; that God guide them, turn them back if they have strayed, grant them right friends, and save them from manipulation or negative influences.
Parents β for wisdom, peace, grace and Godβs guidance, especially in raising children.
Work and livelihoods β for protection, favour at work, strength for those feeling weary, and that God turns workplace difficulties into testimonies.
Provision & festive season β asking God to meet financial needs and make the upcoming Christmas a season of joy and celebration, not stress or lack.
Health & inner peace β declaring deliverance from sickness, pain, anxiety; asking for peace beyond understanding amid pressures.
3. Prophetic Word & Declarations from Pastor Stephen
During the session, Pastor Stephen shared words inspired by the Spirit:
To the one who feels faithless β God will reveal that you do have faith and will meet your needs.
To the one whose burden feels too heavy β God says, βI will carry you through.β
It was declared that for this week/month: there will be no lack, no loss, no sickness, no limitation β instead, days will be filled with Godβs grace and provision.
Believers were encouraged to respond with a loud βAmen.β
4. Spiritual Warfare β Binding Evil Spirits & Claiming Peace
Pastor Stephen reminded the church of the spiritual keys given by Christ (Matthew 16:19; 18:18) β what is bound on earth is bound in heaven.
Together we bound and renounced:
Spirit of jealousy
Spirit of hatred
Spirit of strife / division / betrayal / envy
He used Scripture examples:
Cain and Abel β jealousy leading to murder.
Josephβs brothers β envy resulting in betrayal and slavery.
Saul vs David β envy and persecution because God was with David.
Jesus β delivered because of envy (Mark 15:10).
Then we declared: in our lives, homes, marriages, church β no evil plot, gossip, jealousy or division will stand. Instead, we release the spirit of unity, love, peace and protection.
5. Corporate Request β Special Prayers & Needs
A woman kidnapped abroad β we cried out for divine intervention, her immediate release, protection from harm, and for captors to be exposed.
Immigrants from our community under pressure β we asked God to make a way, soften the hearts of authorities, and bring deliverance.
Expectant mothers β prayed for safe, uncomplicated delivery and protection over unborn children.
Church members under spiritual attack β we asked God to shield them, preserve their destinies and families, and dismantle every hidden evil plan against them.
6. Fellowship & Blessing at Close
Members greeted one another warmly by name (e.g., Angela, Diana, Bella, Janet, Patrick, Yinka, etc.), reaffirming unity and love in the body of Christ.
The meeting closed with final declarations β we committed ourselves and our week ahead into Godβs hands, trusting that His promises will be fulfilled.
