Do you have a few spare hours on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between 9:30am–1:30pm?

We’re looking for friendly volunteers to join our team at Rosie's Corner and help support families in our local community 🌟

Volunteer roles may include:
✨ Sorting donations
✨ Welcoming families into the unit
✨ Helping at community pop-up events

Whether you can help regularly or just now and again, we’d love to hear from you!

No experience needed — just a kind, friendly attitude and a willingness to help 😊

What a great few weeks it has been at Hexham Salvation Army! 🙌

Today marked our third week of regular Sunday worship and we really feel God moving among us in this new season. It has been so encouraging to see different people coming through the doors, and also to see people returning week after week as community begins to grow.

A special thank you to Mieke for leading sung worship alongside Jess this week — it was wonderful to worship together and lift the name of Jesus in such a powerful and genuine way. 🎶

We’re excited about what God is doing here in Hexham and believe this is only the beginning.

We’re excited to be starting something new at Hexham Salvation Army 🙌

After a really special season of Lounge Room Worship, we feel God leading us into a new chapter—and we’d love you to be part of it.

From this Sunday, we’ll be gathering every week for worship.

🕓 Sundays at 4pm
📍 The Salvation Army, Market Street, Hexham

This will be a relaxed, welcoming space—
come as you are, bring the family, and join us as we worship together.

There’ll be space for everyone, including children, and we’re building something that’s about community as much as it is about worship.

We believe God is on the move—and this is just the beginning.
