1 week in 11lb down only 2lb to go then back to pre mental health dive bomb weight 😁 No Chrissy that doesn't mean you can eat chocolate lol 🤣

Accountability post. So at the beginning of march my mental health tanked and I gained back some weight. Now it's time to smash it & learn. You don't have to be perfect, You don't always need to get it right. You do need to be honest about it with yourself.

What an amazing competition. I out did what I set out to do and as well as 3 more British titles I managed my goal of a 200kg deadlift lol. Now to set new goals and give
Even more headaches lol. Lifting alongside my team mates and meeting new people, sharing laughs and swapping stories lol.
I'm so proud of all of us and has given so much time and resources to all of us and I'm very grateful. you have no idea how valuable you are and just how much respect you deserve. and her husband you put on an amazing competition and I loved watching you s**e people up and cheer for them. .nightingale and for putting up with me banging on about the gym lol I love you both emensly. bulldog I look forward to the future and the competitions to come.
