Last Sunday we started our Easter celebrations with a walk to mark Palm Sunday... since then we've had prayer for healing, a Gospel proclamation, a film night, shared dinner, joined the city walk of witness and spent time reflecting on the cross. It's been busy but wonderful, and we still have the big day ahead of us. Wherever you are and whatever you believe, you'd be welcome to check out a church near you on Sunday morning. If that happens to be us, we look forward to seeing you at one of our services:
7am: Early Risers worship by the fire and breakfast (St Paul's- outside)
8.30am: Contemplative Communion (St Paul's)
10am: Family Celebration (St Paul's)
11am: Family Celebration (St Andrew's)

There's an Easter trail telling the Easter story in both our churches- in Tupsley it starts on the pavement by the churchyard exit and leads you through St Paul's Churchyard, while in Hampton Bishop it starts in the village play area and heads into the St Andrew's Churchyard. Both end up in church and have a prize if you complete the trail! If you use the QR codes the story is animated, so a great activity for families.

Hope to see you at one of our services on Easter morning- 7am at St Paul's for the early birds, then an 8.30 contemplative service followed by family celebrations at 10am (St Paul's) and 11am (St Andrew's).

First session of our Alpha course this evening, we had a great time starting our series of faith discussions. If you couldn't make it tonight there's still a seat for you and a slice of cake with your name on it, ce along next Monday 7.30 in St Paul's Church Community hall.

As the days begin to shorten, and the sun stays hidden, our church family are reminded that the boiler isn't warming.

We are currently raising funds to replace the boiler which was condemned earlier in the year. Please pray with us for funds to cover the installation in good time for the winter chill. If you would like to make a donation we would welcome that too!
