Twenty-Eight Years of Light 🕯️✨
Twenty-eight years ago, a journey began,
With humble beginnings and a simple plan.
A little place of love, of faith and light,
A haven of peace through the darkest night. ✨
Through open doors, so many have come,
Some seeking comfort, some feeling alone.
With hearts full of hope and a message to share,
Finding a welcome, a friendship, a prayer. 🙏❤️
Our mediums have travelled from places afar,
Bringing messages of love from beyond where we are.
Each with their own gift, their own special way,
Bringing comfort and hope to brighten the day. 🌟
And those who have walked through our doors over time,
Have left precious memories, beautiful and kind.
Some still sit with us, sharing laughter and song,
While others have journeyed to where they belong. 🕊️
We remember them all with love in our hearts,
For once souls have connected, they never truly part.
Though we cannot see them, their memories remain,
Like little lights shining through sunshine and rain. 🕯️💐
Our roots may be humble, our beginnings were small,
But love has been the foundation supporting it all.
Following teachings of kindness and grace,
Just as Jesus taught — with love at the heart of our place. ✝️❤️
Twenty-eight years of friendship and prayer,
Twenty-eight years of knowing that someone is there.
Through joy and through sorrow, through laughter and tears,
We've travelled together through twenty-eight years. 🌹
So tonight we give thanks for the journey we've made,
For every kind word, every prayer that was prayed.
For every medium, visitor, friend and new face,
And everyone who has helped make this our sacred place. 🙏✨
So here's to the future, with faith shining bright,
May our little haven continue to be light.
May love guide our footsteps wherever they lead,
And may those in need always find what they need. ❤️🕯️
