denim.bar An outward looking Christian church seeking to bring people to Jesus and equip them for service in His world. We run a range of mid week groups for all ages.

Services are informal and family friendly. Established for over 20 years, Challenge Community Church is an independent, Christian church and member of the Evangelical Alliance. Our Sunday services are informal and include contemporary worship and bible teaching relevant to everyday life. Children join us before going into age specific groups for great teaching. We practice adult 'believer's baptis

m and share in communion regularly. Mid week we run a Mums and Tots group, Youth groups and a coffee morning along with Life Groups and bible study groups. We are active in local schools including a weekly After School Club at a local primary school. We also have a Storehouse ministry providing emergency groceries to people in need. Our Neighbourhood Chaplains team offer friendship, visits and practical help to those who are lonely or in need. We are ecumenical in outlook delighting to work with other churches in reaching the city. We aim to be welcoming, family friendly and multi generational.
