A warm invitation to join us for worship today at any of our local Methodist Churches. There is a special cafe style service at 10.00am in Ley Hill. Today is Pentecost Sunday. This celebration, of what appeared to onlookers as wild behaviour, marks the beginning of the church.. The disciples experience the Holy Spirit descending on them like a fire. New Life Pentecostal Church is having a lunch at 1pm to which everyone is very welcome.

We also celebrate today John Wesley's conversion experience, known as Aldersgate Sunday. He described this as having his heart strangely warmed.

To which end, I've attached some pictures - mainly just of good firey colours
