If you are descending into the depths of existence once more, know that you are brave. It takes courage to face your shadows head on, and it takes even more courage to love them. You are better prepared this time round, the cycle closes now.

Life is a psychedelic experience

But this is something I forgot after the ✨️trauma✨️ that happened last year

I had always experienced life as sublimely psychedelic

Seeing colours richly, feeling the heartbeat of Earth so intensely, smelling the ocean so vibrantly

Life, and my experience of it, was switched on to the MAX!

And it was magnificent

Alas, the way I experienced life shut down little by little last year, a funny little trick of the mind, the minds way of trying to cope and move on as quickly as possible (without actually processing and healing 😮‍💨 )

But little by little, my truth that life is psychedelic is all coming back to me

It's getting turned on

And recently I've been hearing the call to support myself and my re-experiencing of life with micro-dosing

The only problem is, I've never tried it before. I never really 'had' to until now!

So I'm asking you, this wonderful community of supportive folk, for some help. Where on Earth do I start?

I would like to keep the plant medicine firmly in the Celtic family of psychedelics, I'm thinking Fly Agaric, Liberty Caps...that sort of thing
