A message from the two ladies who collected this plaque:

Just an email to thank you for all your work towards passing the plaque back to our family. It was great to meet you and Esther and catch up on Lizard news. My sister took the plaque to our uncle in Bristol yesterday. He was very pleased to receive it as he remembers it well. He was interested to hear about the chapel and that we did manage to go in there on Thursday afternoon. It's such a shame that it has now closed.

I think that Esther said that you were trying to link up with other families who have plaques there. My other great grandparents were Hendys and they lived on Beacon Terrace before moving to Ruan Minor so I don't think Adela Hendy has any link to us. I looked her up on Ancestry and found a photo of her there. The family were at Tregominion Farm. I don't know if any Hendys are still there. If I can be any help trying to trace that family let me know.
