Just to note that due to staff holidays Sanctuary Bereavement Group will NOT be meeting on 4th June. The group will then move to a new time and date which will be the first Wednesday of each month 2.30-4.00pm starting 1st July. Hope to see you there.

Dear friends,
We wanted to let you know about some small changes to our services that will begin from Friday 1st May. These changes help us manage rising costs and the reduced number of volunteers available to run the lunch and food cabin safely.
Community Lunch
From 1st May, the community lunch will be served between 12.15pm and 1.15pm The cost will be £3, which helps cover the extra expenses involved in providing the meal.
We will continue to offer free toast during the lunch period. However, no other free food will be available from the kitchen. Any additional food from the kitchen will also be charged at £3.
Food Cabin
The food cabin will now be open from 1.30pm to 3pm Shops will be £6 per visit. If you need a later session, this can be arranged with 7 days’ notice.
Please note that drinks will be available throughout the afternoon, but no food will be served after 1.15pm.
Volunteers Needed
These changes are partly due to rising costs, but also because we have fewer volunteers than before. If you feel you could offer some time to help, we would love to hear from you. Please speak to a member of the team and we can begin the safer recruitment process.
