GOD WHISPERS

*Pain Becomes a Fragrance of Love*

Allow the wounding of your soul to bring you into deeper love and closer to me. Even when you feel disappointed, my love never fails. When you are wounded by love, my mercy still stands higher than the heavens.

I call you to hold every experience of your life as sacred, and then you will discover my goodness and my power to work everything together for good. When you see momentary pain, I see blossoms of love beginning to open within you, yielding a sweeter fragrance.

I have called you to be a faithful carrier of my love. As you remain faithful to me, love grows within you. My love and my peace will be twin fruits from the Tree of Life, which sustain you and sweeten your joy.

Let nothing deter you from your pursuit of my face. Let my presence seep into every cell and wash every part of you with healing love. Those who love me most, will be transformed the most. Let every opportunity that comes to you this day be the open doorway into my presence.

Bible Read: "He comes closer, even to the places where I hide. He gazes into my soul, peering through the portal as he blossoms within my heart." SONG OF SONGS 2:9

I AM THE GLORY YOU NEED

It is easy for you to trust me if you really love me. If you really trust me, then you should rest in the strength of my love for you. If I could die for you. then you should believe that I can do anything else for you.

So, trust me, and you will see more and more breakthroughs. To break open the way for you is my delight, for I have set my love upon you and will rescue you when you call out to me. I never look away when you seek my face.

Even as I taught my servant David how to win in battle, so I will give you keys to victory that will unlock your breakthrough. But, please, come to me in faith, knowing nothing is impossible when I fight for you. I have opened the heavens over your heart. You have direct access to my glory as you come before me with a tender heart. I heard your cries expressing your desire to know me. I can see your desperation seeking to see my glory in your situation. Trust me, I will do something about it. For sure, I will intervene for your family and for every need that is before you today. Have I ever failed to provide for all that you lack? Trust me again and watch as the miracle is released. I alone am the glory you need.

Read 2 Cor 3:18 -
"We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil, we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."

*The Way Up May Be Down*

It is not unusual for God’s promotion to look like a demotion at first, to feel like you are going backwards rather than forward.

There are a couple of great examples of this in the Bible. For instance, do you remember how Joseph in Genesis 37 dreamt he would one day rule over his brothers? That God was going to promote him to a place of prominence?

So what happened? His brothers threw him into a pit. He was sold to Midianite traders as a slave, and then he was put on the auction block and sold again in Egypt. On top of that, he ended up in prison on false charges and spent several years there, seemingly forgotten.

But without those experiences, Joseph would have never been ready to rule. *Preparation comes before promotion.* The way up may go down for a while at first, even Jesus had to descend before He could ascend.

David is another example of how God may “demote” in order to promote. Do you remember in 1 Samuel 16:12–13 how David was anointed king while still just a shepherd?

Now he [David] was ruddy, with bright eyes, and good–looking. And the LORD said, “Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!” Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel arose and went to Ramah.

This is a pretty big promotion for a shepherd boy, don’t you think? But for years, David lived a fugitive’s life—moving from place to place, living in caves, being hunted. He was separated from everyone and all the things that he loved. It was as if the so-called anointing brought a curse on him. We all feel like that occasionally!

David’s promotion ended up looking more like a demotion, which is often the way God works. But I want you to understand the fact that, in the process of your promotion, God may take you through difficult times to prepare you for that promotion.

Just remember, the way up is often down. Bless you.

I DESIRE YOUR PRAISE

Your heart comes alive when you praise me. A wholehearted praise makes the heart healthy. There is a secret power released when you bring high praises to me.

The power that shut the mouths of lions was the power of praise through the lips of my servant Daniel. You will see many breakthroughs and many enemies silenced as you bring your sacred praises to me.

Angels are waiting to hear your chorus of praise. They join you in awe and wonder. Activate the power of heaven by the high praise of your lips.

Your praise is a weapon that has no rival. It rises through your sorrow. It celebrates your victory. It releases strength to you. It causes you to see clearly because it unveils the shadows of doubts.

Praise is courageous. It is joy that flows by faith. It is a declaration of truth when the enemy hits you with lies. It is a sacrifice of holy abandon. A pleasing offering in my sight. More than money or time or talents, I desire your praises.

PSALM 149:3–4
For in your praise, the glory descends. Break forth with dancing! Make music and sing God’s praises with the rhythm of drums! For he enjoys his faithful lovers. He adorns the humble with his beauty and he loves to give them the victory.
