I received this from my friend in Nazareth this morning and I thought I'd share it.

Good morning.

As you step into this new day, hold this gentle truth close to your heart:

"Patience is not our ability to wait, but our ability to keep our hearts content during times of waiting."

The clock ticking doesn't test you, the stillness within does.
True patience isn't white-knuckling through the pause.
It's finding fullness in the very place you stand, even when the path ahead seems hidden.
It's trusting that the season of "not yet" is still sacred soil where something is quietly growing.

So today, if you find yourself waiting, for an answer, a breakthrough, a healing, a shift, don't just endure it. Inhabit it. Let your heart rest content in the knowing that the same Love that holds the future is holding this very moment.

May your waiting be woven with wonder, not worry. And may you discover that the pause is not punishment, it's preparation.
