Franklin Graham and Samaritan's Purse have launched a massive emergency relief operation in Lebanon after more than 1.2 million people fled their homes in the south. Responding to a direct plea for help from the Lebanese Minister of Social Affairs, the ministry has already delivered tons of food, shelter materials, hundreds of tents, and medical treatment to over 1,400 patients.

This critical, life-saving aid is being distributed entirely through local churches, ensuring the Gospel remains at the center of the humanitarian response. Graham urged believers worldwide to lift up the region, anchoring the mission firmly in faith:

'We are working through local churches, and all of our assistance is given in Jesus’ Name. Pray for these hurting families.'
