This Sunday, we gather for worship and Communion.

Our reading from Luke 5 takes us to Levi’s table, where Jesus shares a meal with those others would rather keep at a distance. It is a story of welcome, mercy, healing and change.

As we come to the Lord’s Table, we are reminded that we do not come because we have everything sorted. We come because Christ calls us, welcomes us, forgives us and feeds us with grace.

All are welcome to join us as we worship together and share Communion.

Come as you are. There is room at the table.

Come along and join in the fun.

This Sunday evening, we’re gathering for a special Pentecost Praise service.

It will be a relaxed evening of worship, singing, and testimonies as we give thanks for the gift of the Holy Spirit and celebrate the ways God is still at work among us today.

Pentecost reminds us that the church was never meant to stay behind closed doors. The Spirit sends us out with courage, hope, and good news to share.

After the service, we’ll continue the evening with supper together. Worship, stories, food, and fellowship. A very decent combination, really.

Come along and join us. You would be very welcome.

This Sunday is Pentecost, the day we remember the gift of the Holy Spirit and the beginning of the church’s mission in the world.

We’ll be thinking about what it means for the Spirit of Jesus to shape us as his people today, not just with wind and fire, but with compassion, welcome, prayer, and the courage to reach out.

Our main reading is from Luke 5, where Jesus meets a man who wonders not whether Jesus can help him, but whether Jesus is willing. And Jesus answers with grace: “I am willing.”

Pentecost reminds us that the same Spirit is still at work, drawing people in, breaking down distance, and helping the church speak good news in ways people can truly hear.
