We will have two jamaats, inshallah at 13:05 and 13:40. Please wait if you are late, as we need to maintain a maximum capacity in the room for safety reasons. 🤲🏽

Also, a reminder that there are no wudu facilities available... please prepare beforehand. 💦

Assalamu aleikum. Our proposed masjid in Harrogate has overcome many challenges over the past two years. But we’re now very close to completing the necessary renovation work so that we can begin using this historic building.

We’ve partnered with LaunchGood, the Muslim-run crowdfunding platform that helped us raise the necessary funds to purchase the building in 2022. Now, we need you to donate to our renovation campaign during Ramadan. We’ll be sharing photos, videos, and updates on the project so you can see how we are using the funds we receive. All donations are GiftAid eligible, meaning we get an extra 25% if you are a UK taxpayer.

Assalamu aleikum everyone!

We can announce that Ramadan is anticipated to begin on March 1st, 2025.

Our first night of Taraaweeh prayers will take place on Friday, February 28th, 2025 at Friends Meeting House, 12A Queen Parade, Harrogate HG1 5PP. Prayers will begin at 8:00pm, moving forward 15 minutes each week.

We are planning to host two community Iftar events on March 8th, 2025 and March 22nd, 2025 at St. Andrews Church, Starbeck. These will be open to our friends and neighbours.

The venue for Eid-ul-Fitr at the end of Ramadan will be at Harrogate Ladies College.
