This Sunday is the first Sunday after Trinity. We have our annual Civic Service to welcome the New Mayor. Everyone is welcome to this service – for more details see the separate event. There will be no Evensong.
There will be no Simply Worship this Sunday either. We will however have an All-Age Service on Sunday 21st June at 9:30am. Those of you who have to organise the Father’s Day cards will be alert to the significance of this!

St John the Baptist, Markyate is holding their summer concert this Saturday to raise funds for their Church. This will be a lovely evening in a delightful little Church so we encourage you to go along!

Everyone is invited to the St John's Summer Concert, this Saturday evening, 7pm at St John's Church. Featuring Markyate Choral Evensong Choir together with St. George's Music Society for a performance of amongst other things, Vivaldi's Gloria.

Our choir are visiting Wi******er Cathedral this weekend singing evensong Saturday and holy communion and evensong Sunday.

We wish everyone well and hope that the congregation in Wi******er appreciate them as we do every week.

This Sunday is Trinity Sunday and we welcome some familiar faces to Preside at our morning services – Revd James Brown from All Saints and Revd Atalie Gaines who grew up in All Saints and is now the Chaplain to the Bishop of St Albans.
The choir is away singing in Wi******er Cathedral so there will be no Evensong. To attend virtually see our earlier post for service timings and live stream link!
