What a lovely community we are part of - great to visit the Herts & Essex Community Farm earlier today and chat to Eliot and pick up some delicious veg - and then this evening to the wonderful Chill at the Mill event at Parndon Mill with Brownies Coffeeshop and Sprinkled Delights from Romina at Ram Gorse Park plus lots of great people, lovely music and a great atmosphere!

Join Us This Friday for a Special Session on Healthy Relationships! 🌟💬

We're excited to invite you to our upcoming Women's Conversation Club session, happening this Friday from 10 am to 12 pm at the Harlow Library. This week, we're partnering with Changing Pathways to talk about healthy relationships. 🌈💖

In this session, we'll talk about what healthy relationships look like, and what the signs of an unhealthy relationship might be. They will also be talking about domestic abuse law in the UK, and what behaviours people can report to police.🗨️✨

Changing Pathways will be available to talk to individuals who feel they may be in an abusive relationship to let them know where they can access help.

Changing Pathways is a local domestic abuse charity providing free and confidential support and advocacy to individuals experiencing domestic abuse and stalking. You can find further information at www.changingpathways.org
