As if a harpists' concert on June 20th is not enough, we have another great event the following Saturday. Always popular and in support of a great cause. Do come!

Fancy another concert? Well, you're very fortunate as we are hosting one on Saturday 20 June, starting at 2.30pm. The cost is only £10 which includes refreshments. Everyone is welcome of course.

Who's playing? it's the fabulous Transpenines Harps, a friendly, informal, group of harp players. It should be great fun.

The people of Heath Church welcome visitors to our Sunday services as well as to our coffee mornings (third Tuesday of each month at 10.30 a.m.) and Thursday Club (second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m.). We are a friendly, supportive community who enjoy a basically traditional way of worship but are open to new ideas and flexible in our thinking. If you are looking for a church that will welcome you, embrace you, support you and listen to you, please come and join us any Sunday at 10.30 a.m.

We also invite leaders of local groups to get in touch if you would like to use our Sanctuary for a celebration, a meeting, a carol service or some similar occasion. We may be able to consider a free introductory meeting/event though a small donation towards heating and lighting costs would be appreciated.

We are a community church and would welcome any enquiries about who we are and what we believe. Come and see what we can offer.

Our litter pickers were out and about in Manor Drive and Free School Lane on Tuesday supporting the community.

DID YOU KNOW?

Heath Church has a website https://heathchurchhalifax.org.uk/ which holds a wealth of info on church activities, mission, worship etc. It also contains a bi-monthly magazine "Heath Lives" which can be either read online or downloaded. Besides news about the church, it also has general interest articles such as historical pieces, reminiscences, travel and the occasional poem. It's a great read!

KEEP HEATH TIDY!
This is Jane modelling the new Heath Church litter-picking tabards. You may well see us in the streets around the church, doing our bit to keep the area litter-free.

Some elves have visited the church and tidied up our rather chaotic book collection. All donations received for the books are given to St Augustine's for their work with the refugees. Please continue to support this.

Also please note the Skircoat Green repair cafe will be on Saturday 15th March.
