Following yesterday's tragedy at Leadbeater Dam, we will be making space at Holy Nativity this afternoon for everyone to come and light a candle. At 3pm Revd Robb will lead a short prayer. Anyone who would like to come is welcome.

We don't care what the weatherman says ... SUMMER ISN'T FAR AWAY.

Make a date in your diary. 4th July is the annual church summer fair, there will be all the usual shenanigans; games on the park, stalls and activities as well as great food.

We'll also have stalls from our community partners so expect face painting and lots of things to make and do.

Who knows, maybe we can even persuade the vicar to get in the stocks this year !

It's that time of year again!

Calling all our fab community partners; would you like to get involved in the biggest community bash of the summer?

Every year hundreds of people from all over the community come down to Holy Nativity to enjoy food, fun and (hopefully) fantastic weather.

If you are a community group or organisation and would like to have a stall, promote your work, or maybe bring some fun activities get in touch with us and book your space!

There is so much potential in our community and communities like ours and we are really excited to be involved in this new project helping people to grow in confidence.

The Diocese of Leeds is increasing its work to develop lay leaders from our most diverse contexts and in our most underrepresented areas, made possible by new funding awarded from the national church Diocesan Investment Programme.
