We'd love you to come along and join us for a taster session on Monday 22nd August! Between 10am and 3pm we'll be baking bread and sharing the exciting things we have coming up in the next few months.
Light refreshments will be served from 12 noon to 1pm so even if you can only pop along in your lunch hour you'd be most welcome!
See you there!

Welcome to Bread On The Table!

We are a diverse group and we meet to bake bread together. We have folk who have never baked bread before, some who have and those who haven't baked for a long time, so all are welcome!

We are to be found in The Meeting Place which is in Stainland & Holywell Green URC on Stainland Road (opposite Nisa/Post Office in Holywell Green) in Halifax. We meet every Monday from 10am to 3pm. A light lunch and refreshments are offered for which there is no cost but a donation is always welcome to support our work.

We believe in creating community through supporting each other and we feel that being able to put bread on the table gives dignity and expression to our human need to feed ourselves and our loved ones, as well as improve our self-worth.

If you'd like to come along and try it out then do get in touch and reserve your place - please message us and let us know!
