St Peter's Church, Lapal Welcome to St Peter’s Church, Lapal, Halesowen

We are a local Anglican church, set right in the heart of Lapal in Halesowen. We return in September.

All are welcome to browse, engage and enjoy working together to encourage a love for God in this community and beyond. We are an inclusive church here to serve the community of Lapal and surrounding areas. We welcome individuals and families of all ages and we invite you to join in worship and activities. We have a Sunday Service at 09:30 and a Wednesday Service at 10:00 (Traditional Communion ser

vice BCP). Hall - Our hall is a lovely space and is now available for hire. In a 'normal' week, we have:

Whist Drive - Every Monday 12.00 to 2.00pm £1 refreshments included. Lapal Community Choir in church - every Monday 7-8pm. Great fun and great people. Our playgroup is between 9.30-11am on Tuesday and will return in September. Places Of Welcome Tuesdays 2.00-4.00pm. Free refreshments for those who want a chat or find themselves at a loose end. This happens EVERY WEEK! Slimming World on Thursday 5pm & 7pm

Children of all ages are welcome. 👍🏻

What's on this week.
As we roll into the last couple of weeks of the holidays please note we have a very special service next Sunday 30th August, when we will be blessing backpacks, lunch boxes, cases, bags and anything else that represents the start of the new academic year for you.
Remember to bring them along to our 9.30 am service.

Dear God, thank you for my family and friends, for the world we live on and love to share with everyone. Sorry for anything unkind or disrespectful I have done or if I have done wrong actions. As we head towards the end of the holidays, make sure you e got this date in your diaries. A backpack, back to school blessing service for anyone going to school, college, university or even to work.
Bring along you bag, case, backpack, handbag or even laptop.
A wonderful chance to start the new academic year with God's blessing and love as new adventures are started.
