Hailsham Parish Church We are a friendly, welcoming church of all ages and backgrounds at the heart of Hailsham.

As a church family of all ages and backgrounds our vision is to know the Lord Jesus and make Him known, more and more. HPC is all about serving the God who has come to us through Jesus and given us his word, the Bible. So we put great emphasis on listening together to the Bible, God’s way of introducing us to Jesus and helping us to know Him more clearly. It is God’s contemporary, relevant and lif

e changing message for the whole of life. More than that at the heart of the town we aim to live and share that life changing message; to love, serve and speak of Jesus to each other and through a whole variety of activities throughout the week to our wider community. WE ARE A CHRISTIAN CHURCH

We believe in God who is Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who has revealed himself fully in the coming, dying and rising again of the Lord Jesus Christ and who draws us to Christ and gives us new life through the work of the Holy Spirit. WE ARE AN EVANGELICAL CHURCH

We believe that God spoke and speaks through the Bible. It is God’s word written, inspired and infallible, our wonderful message of salvation and the supreme authority for all we do and say. WE ARE AN ANGLICAN CHURCH

We believe in the great truths of the Reformation set out when the Church of England was established that we are saved (justified) through faith alone, by God’s grace alone, through the work of Christ alone. These truths are set out in the 39 Articles of the Book of Common Prayer.
