Take a moment today to pause.

Listen to the sound of the sea as it laps against the rocks. Steady. Gentle. Unhurried.

In a world full of noise, deadlines, and constant movement, creation still reminds us that God is present in the quiet places too. May this short clip offer you a moment to breathe, reflect, and simply be still. 🌊

“Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10

A short prayer:

Lord of sea and sky,
quiet our hearts and calm our minds.
As the waves meet the shore again and again,
remind us of your constant presence,
your peace that holds us steady,
and your grace that never lets us go.
Amen.

Collect ~ Seventh Sunday of Easter (Sunday after Ascension Day)

Risen, ascended Lord,
as we rejoice at your triumph,
fill your Church on earth with power and compassion,
that all who are estranged by sin
may find forgiveness and know your peace,
to the glory of God the Father.
