St John's serves the local communities of Hadston, Red Row, North Broomhill and South Broomhill; we are a small friendly congregation who welcome visitors to our services. St John's church is usually open between 10am and 4pm daily. Please drop in and see our beautiful church. Unfortunately car parking is limited and on Hadston Road by the main gate into the churchyard; if you come by car, please be considerate of other road users and park carefully. Our churchyard has been closed for burials for many years and is maintained by Northumberland County Council with a large area left for wildlife. We have a willow circle in the churchyard, with seating, visitors are very welcome to come and sit there and enjoy the peace of the location.

Merciful God,
you have prepared for those who love you
such good things as pass our understanding:
pour into our hearts such love toward you
that we, loving you in all things and above all things,
may obtain your promises,
which exceed all that we can desire;
