Church & Community Centre Administrator Vacancy:

QE Park Baptist church & Community Centre, Guildford.

20-24 hours/week, £13-£14.50/hour depending on experience. Duties include managing hire of the community centre, overseeing maintenance and repairs of the building, HR for all staff, arranging payment of invoices, cash count and banking. We are really sorry but there will be no Little Lambs this Wednesday 28th January, due to various staff members being away.

Lego Church will be running on Saturday 31st January at 3pm. We would love to see you for some creative fun.

Today is the day! Come and join us for our Living Nativity Service. Animal petting from 2pm accompanied by carols from 'Stoughton Hearts and Voices' and a short interactive nativity service at 3pm. Refresh will be selling hot drinks and cake until 2:45pm. We look forward to seeing you!

Did you know that All Hallows’ Eve (or Hallowe’en for short) is the start of a two day Christian festival? All Saints’ Day (1st November) was a date chosen by the Church over 1200 years ago, as a day to remember all those who have lived and died as Christians even when faced with persecution or martyrdom.
As Christians we believe that evil is real and not to be minimised. With so many evil and terrible things going on in the world we want to point people to the source of real hope - Jesus Christ, who has defeated the powers of darkness - evil and death. That's way we call our contribution to All Hallows' Eve celebrations - the Light Zone! We are celebrating that even in the midst of the darkness of this world we are not alone. We are loved! Happy Hallowe'en.
Do come over to the church for a free hot dog and cake.

We have a two week autumn half term break so there will be no Diddy Disciples or Little Lambs on 22nd or 29th October, but we hope to see you again on Wednesday 5th November. However we do have Lego Church this coming Saturday 25th October. Why not come along and do some building?
