We serve a God who can do the impossible! 🙌✨

Join us for our Midweek Prayer Meeting tonight as we gather to lift up the name of Jesus with praise and thanksgiving. We are coming with expectation, asking Him to move in our lives, our church, and our community as only He can. Because He is holding you, you can walk into tonight knowing He is already standing in the midst of whatever you are facing.

It is easy to look at the overwhelming circumstances around us - the sudden storms, the unexpected hardships, the heavy burdens - and feel like we are completely on our own. This verse gives us a unchanging promise from a Father who loves us.

Notice that the verse doesn't say 'if' you pass through difficult times but 'when'. We will face trials, but here is the beautiful reality of how good God is: He does not watch our struggles from a distance, He is standing right there with us in the midst of it all.

When the waves roll in, He is holding you. When the fire gets hot, He is shielding you. Your life is securely in the hands of the Creator.

God is so good. His faithfulness does not depend on our strength. Even when your faith feels small or your energy is low, His grip on you never loosens. Look back and remember the paths He has already cleared for you, the doors He has opened, and the times He carried you when you couldn't take another step.

He is the same God yesterday, today and forever.

What a challenge to our hearts today .

Jesus transforms us before he transforms our enemies. Loving our enemies reshapes our hearts, it softens our hearts and releases resentment.

Jesus shifts our focus from retaliation to redemption. The cross is the ultimate place where revenge was defeated!

Monday kick starts our week off at Hope Community Church… and it’s been another busy one! It’s great to see some more new faces joining with us. We’ve only a few more weeks left before we break for the summer holidays but at Hope Tots we’ve always room for a few more new faces, so spread the word if you know someone with ‘ little ones’ and come and enjoy some fellowship while your little ones play. 😀
