Hello Everyone,

On behalf of Friends in Christ Inti, we are pleased to inform you that our Christmas outreach programme at Use Offot Community, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria was a great success. It was a wonderful time, marked by powerful testimonies, healing, signs and wonders in the lives of the elderly. We also had a health talk delivered by one of our members, who is a medical doctor, which was very insightful and informative.

We are grateful to share that we were able to distribute bags of rice, Indomie, salt, and sachets of groundnut oil to the elders. This was made possible through your generous partnership and donation.

CALL FOR SUPPORT — CHRISTMAS OUTREACH FOR THE ELDERLY ✨

This year, Friends in Christ Int’l is hosting a Christmas Outreach for the Elderly in the Use-Offot Community, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State on 20th December 2025.
Many elderly people in this community face financial hardship, lack basic supplies, and have no one to celebrate the season with. Our mission is to give them food items, medical essentials, and Christmas care packs filled with love.

We are inviting well-meaning Nigerians, influencers, public figures, and anyone with a heart for humanity to partner with us. Your support—no matter the amount—will directly touch the lives of vulnerable elderly people this Christmas. ❤️

We had such a great time at the Uyo Correctional Center on the 25th October during our God Behind Bars Prison Outreach.

You could literally feel the warmth of God's embrace, people sobbing in tears as the message of God's love was preached, salvation, healing, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost, and of course, feeding of inmates.

What more can we say! Thank You Jesus for reaching to those precious souls behind bars through Friends In Christ.

This morning (Sept. 29), during our monthly ministration at the Uyo prison chapel, we shared with them on - The Christ-life in the Believer (Christ in You), this was preceeded by our August meeting with them where we discussed shared on Believe/Receive God's Complete Forgiveness For All Your Sins.

While we shared with them this morning about the fullness of God in the believer and how the awareness of this life in you empowers you to live freely even when in chains because the Word of God which birthed this live in you cannot be bound (2 Timothy 2:9); also in Christ, God does not see you as in Chains, but a man who has been purchased and freed by Christ Jesus. While the physical circumstances might be visible, the awareness of this life of Christ in you empowers you to live joyful and victorious even in the darkest nights. Becasue the believer's joy is devoid of circumstances, we stay joyful, regardless. While we spoke, you could see the visible expression of joy in their faces and anticipation to hear more of this gospel of freedom in Christ Jesus.

After the ministration today, we spoke to them about the Open-air evangelical outreach and feeding of at least 1,000 inmates which holds on the 25th October 2025 by Friends In Christ, you could see the "I can't wait" kind of expression on their faces as they promised to spread the news to other inmates and share the 300 fliers we printed to them.

For us in Friends In Christ, this is a life-changing event for us and we are joyful to be a part of this great commission.

For the past 4 years, we (Friends in Christ Int'l) have been committed to reaching out to the unreached and communities with the Gospel of Christ and extending a hand of hope to them.

As we prepare for the 2025 October 25th Open-air evangelical meeting at the Uyo Correctional Center (prison) playground, and feeding of 1000 inmates, we are reminded of one of the most amazing times we've had as a group - NOVEMBER 2023 PROJECT RE-DIRECT OUTREACH AT MKPAT ENIN, AKWA IBOM STATE.

We still remember vividly the joy and beautiful expression of gratitude in the hearts of those villagers as they listened to the gospel and received our love gifts, but even more beautiful was the joyous expression on our faces while extending love to those precious souls.

It's another call for us to give love to many more precious souls, locked behind bars, many of them unreached and forgotten, and this time we're answering with even greater joy and more commitment.

It's a thing to greatly look forward to, and we're so grateful to be in this mission.
