My connection with Buddhist teachings helps me to stay steady in this increasingly unsteady world.

If you're curious about what we offer at Bright Earth and if you're free on Monday (7pm UK, 2pm EST) come along to hear more about what I lean into and why. I don't need to convince you of anything - I want to share what's been helpful for me and you can take what you like and leave the rest.

Maybe see you there : )

From Saturday 20th June - Saturday 8th August I will be offering an online (Zoom) study of Nagapriya's excellent study of The Four Noble Truths - Seeing Like A Buddha. A very thorough investigation, with loads of great insights into the Buddha Shakyamuni's core teachings. The Book Group will be an hour long, between 7 & 8pm. We will read a section in our own time (between sessions), take some notes on what we like or even don't like, and then share them with each other in a friendly and respectful space. Please let me know if you are interested in taking part. There will be a maximimum of 6 places on this course. Namo Amida Bu! Dayamay. 🙏

I look forward to seeing some of you there 🍓

Satya Robyn will speak about the importance of Beginners Mind and how to develop it. Followed by time in small groups/pairs and Q&A.
