North Thoresby Methodist church (Wesley Centre) Despite current restrictions we welcome every one who would like to come along and worship with us.

We are following Government guidlines to social distance, wear masks and use hand sanitiser and we would love you to join us on Sunday mornings at 11am. Wesleyan and Primitive Methodists each had a chapel in North Thoresby prior to 1900. The Methodist chapel, school and school house, were built in the mid 19th century. The school and house were converted into a community centre known as The Wesley Centre in 1985 when the primary school relocated to a new building on High Street.

Visit of Rev’d Canon Alan J. Robson MSc
Sunday October 20th at 11am to North Thoresby Methodist Church
Rev’d Alan Robson is a Methodist Minister who has served in the Lincoln District for more than 30 years. He is a fellow of the Royal Agricultural Society and was made a Canon
of the Church of England in recognition of his service to the farming community.
His work as the Agricultural Chaplain involves him knowing and caring about the whole range of joys and problems of the farming industry, its successes in providing food for the nation, developing new methods of breeding and cultivation, but most particularly in the widespread pastoral issues currently being experienced by the farming community—climate change, flooding, isolation, bankruptcies, mental health and, all too frequently, su***de.
It is a privilege to welcome him to the pulpit of North Thoresby Methodist Church.
All are welcome to join us in worship.
