This morning, it was a pleasure to attend the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast, hosting my constituency guests, Reverend Peter Hopkins from St Peter and St Mary, Harlaxton, and Reverend Sarah Tierney from the West Grantham Group.

Held annually, the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast celebrates the contribution that Christianity makes to the life of our nation. It brings together more than 700 MPs, Peers, church leaders and guests to strengthen relationships, reflect, and pray together.

I was grateful for the opportunity to take part in this important event and to join colleagues and faith leaders from across the country.
