St Anne's Church Copp We are St Anne's Church, Copp and are C of E church in the village of Great Eccleston and are paired with St Peter's in Inskip. New members welcome.

St Anne Church is a warm and friendly church, with an active following. The church is situated in the Hamlet of Copp, which is nestled between the villages of Great Eccleston and Elswick. te: We do now have the facility to make donations to the church on line. Just go to the web site www.stannecopp.co.uk and follow the instructions on screen. Our usual active community, includes a Sunday School, Mothers Union, Prayer Groups, Pastoral Care and other activities such as Messy Church, the Rose Queen Gala and Summer Fete. We also have a new addition, for those cold winter nights, which is 'Film Nights', which are held in the church! There are joint away-days, summer walks and much more......
As a community church, we are also attached to Copp School, with whom members of the church regularly get involved in going in to school and teach religious studies. So if you are looking to join a church......our doors are always open and you will be ensured of a warm welcome...

Thank you to our two helpers this morning, your hard work in this heat was really appreciated.
We have now managed to clear some space for some more grave areas. It was certainly hard work, as the Ivy had rooted everywhere. So, a job well done!
There are still many jobs to do, and other areas to clear. We will be putting up a plan of jobs that need doing, and where, on to the noticeboard. So. If you feel you can spare a few hours helping, just check the board, and then enjoy working in the tranquility of the church grounds. Any help no matter how small, will be appreciated.

We are tidying up the church grounds at St Anne’s - Copp on Thursday 28th May. We need to re-edge and w**d around the beds etc and cut back the over grown ever green shrubs, as we need to create some new spaces.
Can you help? - We would appreciate what ever help you can give - we will be there from 10.00 a.m. - many hands make light work.
PS: it looks like it will still be very warm, so please remember sun hats, sun protection and water!💧

Yes, it’s film night tonight and tonight’s showing is ‘The Choral’. We have one more before we finish for summer and that will be 15th May where we will be showing ‘Hamnet’. Remember the suggested donation includes a Hot Pot supper and drink! As nights are lighter, the time is now 7.30p.m.
