A lovely evening at messy church, welcoming lots of new faces as well as our regulars. Today we made lovely red and white Poppy’s and we learnt what the different colours represent. We then did a science experiment in pairs, which the children loved. This was followed by making rice crispy cakes, sausage and chips for tea and of course a run around and play in the big hall. Today we enjoyed our 13th birthday. We started with a lolly pop hunt, played pass the parcel, decorated flower pots and planted sun flowers. We then had a birthday dinner, even our youngest member tried some birthday chippys 🍟 we enjoyed jelly served by Harry, and after singing happy birthday, the homemade chocolate cake went down a treat. We finished with football in the hall. Great to see familiar faces back after the holidays and lovely to welcome new faces. We hope to see you again on Tuesday 12th November x
