It’s Harvest Thanksgiving tomorrow at Christ Church. Our All Age service at 9:15am has our Uniformed Organisations come and parade in with their flags. Whether you are a Brownie or once were a Cub all are welcome as we give thanks to God for all we have. We give thanks for the skill and dedication of the Flower Team who have once again produced amazing displays using flowers and fruit. Come along to see their handiwork. 🌻🍎🍁

Happy International Day of Older People – and thanks to all the older people who give time, skill and wisdom as volunteers in our community.
Like Anna and Simeon, recognising the saviour when they saw him as a baby, older people still point towards Jesus and invite all to follow him.

What actually happens in the Bible?

The Bible Course shows you how a collection of ancient writings joins up to tell one big story about God, the world and our place in it.

Come to the Coffee Lounge next to the church for 7:30 on Monday 28 September and find out for yourself.

Across eight course films featuring Bible experts and space for discussion, you’ll start to make sense of the Bible, uncover its core message and see how it’s changing lives today.

If you want to find out what the Bible’s really about – in a way that’s social, relaxed and rooted in real life – Bible Conversations: Teesside is a space to do exactly that.
