Community Church - Chafford Hundred

This time last week many of us were heading over to Ipswich for for four days of worship teaching and fellowship!

It was a real joy with Churches from across relational mission meeting together. You can find photos from around the festival and the meetings on More Together's page.

But just like last year Community Church and Freedom Church joined together sharing a campsite, marquee and food. And it was great fun getting to know each other, play games and even wash up. We cannot wait for next year🙌

At the beginning of august we welcomed 29 children through our doors for our summer holiday club Team Builders!

There were lots of activities, games, dramas and great snacks, along with great teaching as we looked at what it means to be part of God's team.

We finished up our I AM series looking at how Jesus is the true vine, and how we must be connected to him.

What a great week we had at our youth retreat!

The stats are now out with
8 First time commitments
and 12 re-commitments
to following Jesus!

We thank God for all that he did during that week, and continue to pray for our youth as they continue on their journeys.

We finished off our I AM series on Sunday, looking at Jesus's last I AM statement that he is the "True Vine". It has been a great series as we have explored who Jesus is and what that means for us.
