Chadwell St Mary Parish

Chadwell St Mary Parish Two churches, one community. Called to love and serve Christ and make him known. Do join us - you will be very welcome! Do get in touch to find out more.

We meet on Sundays to worship God: 9.30am every Sunday at Emmanuel Church, Sleepers Farm Road and at 11am every 1st and 3rd Sunday at St Mary's Church (the church at the crossroads of Linford Road and Brentwood Road). During the week at Emmanuel church we also have a toddler group ('Little Fishes') on Wednesday mornings, Craft Group and Bible Study groups on alternating Wednesday afternoons, Tea and chat on Friday mornings and a FoodBank on Saturday mornings.

Come along to Emmanuel Church as we do the next session of putting together the next bit of the community art trail! We'll be outside but there will be shade and we can shelter in the church if it gets too warm in the sunshine!

Join us this year as we once again make the pilgrimage to Bradwell. Come and be inspired and encouraged in your own journey of faith as you walk with Christians from across Essex and East London, as we worship together and hear some encouraging stories.

A big thank you to everyone who helped raise funds towards our buildings work, especially the folk at Carolyne House - Runwood Homes Senior Living for their sponsored walk/push! We have now been able to evict the pigeons (kindly), keep the pigeons out and clear the extensive mess they left behind throughout the tower. St Mary's church has had to be closed for a short time for this work but will hopefully be open again soon after Easter while we await details on the next phase of work to repair the stairs and assess the bells in more detail. Do come along and join us at any of our services across our team of churches in the next few days.
