Prayer is not optional for believers. Prayer is always! Prayer is oxygen.

The Bible treats prayer like breathing — not a “spiritual extra” for super Christians, but a necessity for survival, connection, and victory.

Prayer is necessary because you’re human and God is God. “Pray at all times” means live with an open line to heaven. You don’t wait for crisis to call Him. You stay in conversation so when crisis hits, you’re already connected.
