This Saturday a wonderful day of music BUT there is a change of venue. This is now happening at Harrowby Lane Methodist church, Grantham.
Unfortunately due to our water leak we can no longer hold this event this weekend as we have no facilities.

Join GCS coming Saturday 13 June, 10 am - 3.30 pm (doors open 9.30) for a COME & SING GLORIA.
St John's Church, Spitalgate, Grantham NG31 6HX - 5 min walk from the station!

A traditional Gloria by Vivaldi and a jazz-inspired one by Bob Chilcott, really lovely contrasting Glorias to learn about and sing!

Coffee and cake on arrival and in the breaks, bring a packed lunch.

We look forward to welcoming all ages and everyone who would like to have a go.

£18 / £10 members / free for 17 & 18 yrs (with parent's written permission), so bring your (grand)children and make it a fun day with the family and/or friends 🧡

A very exciting week ahead, as we prepare to welcome our new vicar of St John’s
Spitalgate. Father Peter Das will be licensed at St Wulframs on Monday 1st June. All are welcome to join us to celebrate his arrival.

The band are delighted to announce their next concert, which is to be held at St John's Spitalgate Grantham on Tuesday the 28th of July at 7PM.
Admission is free, no booking required.

Our award winning choir (The St John’s Winter Singers) is recruiting. We are looking for young soprano voices (from students year 6 upwards) and tenors.
We are a fun and happy choir who cover ALL types of music from musical theatre, classical, jazz to religious. We are very thorough with our learning and cover a variety of languages and styles and we perform many concerts each year around Lincolnshire.

Wonderful to have the support of Grantham Lions for our Community Fridge.

We are very grateful to Grantham Lions Club, who visited this afternoon, and have presented us with a much needed financial donation

Previously they kindly donated towards our Fridge & Freezer which enables us to correctly store our donated food

St John's Paschal Candle and the St John's processional cope took their part in the Easter Vigil service on Holy Saturday evening in St Wulfram's.
