✨Thank you children of Holy Trinity Longlevens ✨
Our first light and life service was enjoyed by over 70 people 🙂
Reverend Rachel asked the children to write down examples of people who may feel excluded, marginalised , lonely , or on the edge of society.
The children wrote down some beautiful examples : people who have disability , people who have no family , people in poverty, homeless , refugees …
Reverend Rachel said ‘let’s not define people by their disabilities or label them. People need to be listened too just as Jesus did. He listened and heard people . It is really important to see the whole person and not put labels on people .
This is inclusivity in action. We are an inclusive church where everyone will receive a warm welcome .
