We had another amazing baptism celebration on Sunday 🎉

Kane first came to our church when his best mate Matt was getting baptised in January. He was a former soldier who carried a lot of hate and anger inside. In one of our services he experienced the presence of God performing surgery on his heart. He walked home that day feeling strange because the hate and anger had lifted. On Sunday Matt was in the pool with him baptising his best friend who had found Jesus.

Paul first came to us in September looking for God. He was analytical, philosophical and sought God with his mind. Which is a good thing. We don’t throw out reason to seek God. But we invited him to search for God with his heart as well. Since then his heart softened towards God. There have been many tears of healing and joy and he stood before his church family on Sunday to confess Jesus as His Lord.

We are sure heaven was having a party on Sunday. And so were we!
