As part of their Lenten initiatives, the Minnie Vinnies from St David's Primary School, Johnstone have been collecting food items to support their local foodbank; helping those in need within our community. In addition, they have been raising money for the charities Missio and SCIAF, demonstrating a strong sense of global solidarity and compassion.

The Mini Vinnies have also been active throughout the school. They have encouraged prayer and reflection among their peers and organised a whole-school “chain of Lenten promises,” where pupils committed to personal acts of kindness, sacrifice, and faith.
