This past Sunday, we shared the privilege of Baptising Rachel into this local expression of the body of Christ.

It was a joy to hear Rachel sharing her life as a testament to the wonders of God's saving grace, in this life now, and for eternity.

Jesus says, “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me." - John 10 v 14

This week, we also welcomed Sophie into membership and Lawrence as an Elder.

It was a special Joy to be able to gather with our brothers and sisters from Yoker Evangelical Church and Barlanark and Bailleston Community Churches to remember the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ.

"Struggle is human, Triumph is Christ!"

Last week, it was a joy to host the 20 Schemes Weekender. Over the course of the weekend we were given great encouragement from, the bible, in holding fast to Christ as we seek to persevere through this life. Please pray for the hearts of all those who attended, that they would be encouraged as they persevere.

Last week, our ministry trainee and other Cornhill students were on a ‘Mission Week’ in Carlisle to serve alongside several local Anglican churches.

These are short-term trips designed to give them insight into different ministry contexts and opportunities to serve in new ways. They worked hard, served wholeheartedly, and formed many new friendships. Most importantly, they saw the Lord at work in the churches and ministries they visited.

Every Sunday, during our morning service, our team provides Kids' Church for all children of Primary age.

In Kids church we learn about the whole of the bible and seeing that God’s Word is one continuous story pointing to Jesus as the hero

🍗 A cracking time at our Christmas Community Meal 2025 🎄

The team cooked up an excellent Christmas dinner for all! It was so popular, we even got a visit from the local MP, Dr Zubir Ahmed.

It was great to be able to impart a little of the Christmas message to those passing by, as we sung carols exalting King Jesus! (…whilst also giving out a couple of sweets.🍬)
