Yoga Footprints

Yoga Footprints I offer Yoga classes in the Clarkston area. Currently starting a class on a Friday morning 10am - 11am St Aidan's Church Hall, Mearns Road.

It is for all levels of ability. Please bring a mat and a blanket and come and try!

Hi I am sorry but I am going to have to stop my yoga class. There will be no class tonight. Thank you all for your support this year I really appreciate it - I hope that you enjoyed the classes. I hope to be able to resume classes some time in the future but for now I have to stop. Hope you all keep on practicing. Love Karen xx

Hi all I am really sorry but I am still not feeling well, think I am coming down with the flu or something so yoga will not be on tonight. And next Monday is a bank holiday so hope to be back on Monday 5th June. Sorry about cancelling. Karen xx

Doing some restorative poses towards the end of class tonight so if you remember to bring extra blankets and a pillow, that would be great. Then yoga will be off for 2 weeks, back on the 17th April. Thanks. Karen xx
