Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus - Friday 12th June 2026

Holy Mass at 10.00am followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament until 5.00pm.

The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus reminds us of the boundless love and mercy of Christ. His Sacred Heart is a sign of His compassion for all people and His desire to draw us closer to Him.

This feast invites us to place our trust in His love, to find rest in His presence, and to renew our hope in His care. The Heart of Jesus teaches us to love others with the same gentleness, patience, and mercy that He shows to each one of us.

Please join us at Sacred Heart Church as we celebrate our parish feast day, gather around the altar in prayer, and receive the many blessings that come from being close to Jesus.

All are warmly welcome.

Corpus Christi – Sunday 7 June 2026

Holy Mass at 9.30am

Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi).

This feast invites us to reflect on Jesus, the Living Bread who nourishes His people. The readings remind us that God faithfully feeds and cares for us, remaining close to us in every season of life. In the Eucharist, Jesus gives Himself completely to us, offering strength, hope, and new life. Just as God provided for the Israelites in the desert, He continues to sustain us on our journey of faith.

Corpus Christi also reminds us of the unity we share as the Body of Christ. When we gather around the one Bread, we become one family in faith. The Eucharist strengthens our bond with Christ and with one another, calling us to live with love, gratitude, and service.

We look forward to welcoming you to Holy Mass this Sunday.

Remember to also join us this Friday the 12th June as we celebrate our parish feast day, the solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Mass at 10am, followed by exposition of the Blessed Sacrament all day until 5pm.

Have a beautiful and blessed Sunday! ✝️🙏🏻❤️
